Program Content : The program includes the following sessions:

Jump In! Do It! Quit Talking About It!

  • Personal Development, Leadership & Team Building :
    • Finding your place in the world of work
    • Developing your artistic self through the visual arts, voice, body, and imagination
    • Working together; team building; getting on the same page
    • Creating a resume, complete a college application, participate in a job interview

Swimming With the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive!

  • Business/Becoming an Entrepreneur :
    • Learning the “ins” and “outs” of business structure and finance
    • Planning for success in business ventures
    • Generating a business model for our summer art creations

Guerilla Marketing!

  • Marketing & Finance :
    • Getting to know your market.
    • Developing a product that will generate interest and sell.
    • Learning how to Finance your work, maintaining good credit, and making a profit

The Power to Invent!

  • Music/Dance Arts :
    • Designing and producing a musical/dance production
    • Creating a performance piece to share the group’s collective consciousness and generate a rousing reception from the audience
